Compliance

Checked Before the Dial. Answerable Years Later.

Every lead is scrubbed when it arrives and again each morning, because somebody clean on Monday can file on Tuesday.

Two Lists, Two Different Answers

  • TCPA litigators and DNC complainers — suppressed, and a call in from one is declined before it reaches an agent.
  • Federal and state registries — suppressed, then released where you hold written consent, because consent overrides a registry listing.
  • Listed in a complaint is not a litigator. A defendant’s number appears in a complaint too, so that grade is flagged and the call goes ahead.
  • Your firm sets what each does: block outright, manager review, or flag and keep dialing.

Watch Them Consent

  • The form as they saw it, replayed: every keystroke, the consent box ticked, the submit.
  • Whether the certificate matches this number, not merely that one exists.
  • The exact wording they agreed to, kept beside it.
  • Where it matches, the registry block lifts by itself.

The Disclosure, on Every Call

  • The recorded-line disclosure is graded on every call, the morning after, from the transcript — not on a sample of five.
  • Each agent sees how long since they last missed one, on their own board, daily.
  • A miss becomes a note pinned to that sentence, rather than a line in a quarterly review.
  • Calling windows are enforced by the lead’s own state and time zone, not yours.

The Call You Should Not Have Taken

  • If a number turns out to be a known litigator while the call is live, the call ends mid-conversation. The agent is told why, and the disposition is left to them.
  • A call in from a suppressed number is declined before it reaches anybody.
  • A suppression applies across every campaign in the account at once, not list by list.
  • And it holds everywhere at once, because the lead, its calls and its case are all in one system rather than in three that have to agree.

An Audit Trail You Can Hand to Counsel

  • Every scrub is kept with its date, its source list and its grade — the history, not just today’s answer.
  • Every dial, disposition, suppression and grade change is stamped with who did it and when.
  • One lead, one page: the whole history in order, exportable.
  • Recordings on your own carrier subaccount and your own storage, so leaving does not mean losing the evidence.

Your Thresholds, Not Ours

  • What each grade does is yours to set: block outright, hold for manager review, or flag and keep dialing.
  • A manager-review queue, so a judgement call is a decision somebody makes rather than a rule nobody wrote down.
  • Different firms on the same floor can hold different thresholds, and the console enforces whichever applies to the lead in front of it.
  • Nobody has to remember which.

The rest of it

One product, one seat — not four invoices.
