For Call Centers

One Floor, Many Firms.

Twenty campaigns for twenty clients out of one account — without twenty logins, twenty number lists and a spreadsheet holding it together.

Campaigns, Not One Big List

  • Every campaign carries its own client, script, qualifying criteria and disposition list.
  • Firm facts by campaign — practice areas, states, fee split, what that client will and will not take — on the screen while the call is live, so an agent does not have to have memorised twenty clients.
  • An agent can work three campaigns in an afternoon and be right on all three, because the screen changes with the lead.
  • Routing tags tie a lead to its client, its script and its number pool in one vocabulary, so nothing is wired by hand twice.

When Five Clients Want the Same State

  • Two, three, five campaigns can cover the same territory at once — the floor rotates leads between them in a ratio you set, not whoever an agent remembers to pick. Set one client to 2 and the next to 1, and that is the split it holds to, lead after lead.
  • The console always knows whose turn is next in a shared state, computed live off who is actually owed one — not a guess, and not a spreadsheet somebody forgot to update.
  • Every campaign's qualifying criteria checks itself against the call in real time — accident window, treatment timing, language, the client's own yes/no questions — so the agent sees Fits, Does Not Fit, or exactly which answer is still missing, before a lead ever reaches the wrong client.
  • A paused client drops out of rotation the instant you pause them. No orphaned leads, no one noticing three days later.

Numbers by Pool, Not by Account

  • A number pool per campaign, per client, per area code. Local presence for a lead in the 213 comes out of the pool that campaign owns.
  • A number flagged Spam Likely is rested and pulled from rotation for that pool only — one client’s burned number is not everybody’s problem.
  • Transfer numbers per campaign. A qualified lead goes warm to that client’s intake line, or cold into their queue, by your rule and not by the agent’s memory.
  • Caller ID registered per client, so their name shows on the handset.

What the Client Sees

  • A client login scoped to their campaign and nothing else: their leads, their calls, their recordings, their numbers.
  • The same reporting you use, filtered to them — so the monthly call is about what happened, not about whose spreadsheet is right.
  • A suppression they add lands on your floor immediately.
  • Your brand on it, or theirs.

Billing That Matches How You Sell

  • Seats, minutes, messages and numbers itemized by campaign, so you know the margin on a client before the invoice goes out.
  • Prepaid balance with auto-recharge, or invoiced.
  • Talk time and message counts reconcile to the carrier’s own figures.
  • No platform fee and no per-conversation surcharge, so winning a bigger campaign does not change the unit economics.

Compliance Across Every Client at Once

  • One scrub covers every campaign, and a suppression applies account-wide the moment it lands.
  • Each client sets its own thresholds; the console enforces whichever applies to the lead in front of the agent.
  • The audit trail names the campaign, the client and the agent — which is the question you will be asked.
  • Recordings on your own carrier subaccount, per client.

Built to Add the Twenty-First

  • Roles from agent to floor manager to client, each seeing only what they should.
  • One account, many organizations. Add a client and the numbers, scripts, reporting and logins come with it.
  • Agents can be shared across campaigns or fenced to one.
  • Set up in days, not a quarter.

The rest of it

One product, one seat — not four invoices.
